2. Pure Vegetarian Philosophy & Dietary Info

Every item prepared and served in our kitchen is 100% vegetarian. We do not use meat, poultry, fish, seafood, or meat-derived gelatin.

• Vegan & Gluten-Free Options: Many of our dishes are naturally vegan or gluten-free, or can be adapted upon request. Please consult our staff before ordering.
• Allergen Notice: While we uphold rigorous food safety and hygiene protocols, our kitchen handles dairy, nuts, seeds, mustard, celery, and wheat gluten. If you suffer from a severe food allergy, please inform our team prior to ordering. We cannot guarantee 100% absence of airborne allergen traces.

3. Table Reservations & Seating Policy

• Holding Time: Tables are held for a maximum of 15 minutes past your scheduled reservation time. If your party is running late, please phone us so we can endeavour to hold your table.
• Dining Duration: For standard tables during peak evening dinner service (Friday to Sunday), dining slots may be subject to a 1.5 to 2 hour sitting duration to ensure all booked guests can be accommodated comfortably.
• Party Size Changes: Please notify us in advance if your guest numbers change. While we will make every effort to accommodate extra guests, space cannot be guaranteed without prior confirmation.
• Cancellations: We kindly request at least 2 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking so the table may be released to other diners.
